Note on Prompts
By default, we do not store the content of your AI prompts or model outputs in request logs.
You can opt in to storing input prompts and/or model outputs separately from Dashboard → Settings → Data & Privacy. When a toggle is disabled, that content is never written to our logs.
Token usage, cost, latency, timestamps, model identifiers, request status, and other metadata are always recorded for billing, analytics, and platform reliability.

Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption.
- MetricAI API keys are hashed using bcrypt.
- LLM provider API keys are never stored - they are supplied through request headers from your application.

We retain your data while your account remains active or as needed to provide our services.
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

We use trusted third-party providers, including:
- Razorpay
- OpenAI
- Anthropic

These providers maintain their own privacy policies.
